You're doing everything you can for someone you love. But there's a limit to what you can manage from where you are.
I'm a Personal Affairs Organizer and Certified Life Coach in North County San Diego. I step in where you need me, helping manage what’s happening here so you can care for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
And if it’s your own life that could use some extra support? You’re in exactly the right place too.
"I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help with my dad and all of this. I'd be losing my mind if I was trying to manage this on top of his rentals, on top of his healthcare, on top of his taxes, on top of his finances, on top of his insurance policies. It takes a village to manage."

Life Has Gotten Complicated.
Whether it's your own pile or someone you love's, the weight of it is real.
Passwords. Medical paperwork. Online accounts. Insurance policies. Trust documents. Cell phones. Medicare. Bills. Appointments. Scams. Endless paperwork.
No one hands you a manual for keeping it all organized. And when you're already stretched thin managing your own life, being handed someone else's complicated details can feel impossible.
Whether you're supporting someone you love from a distance, or you're the one carrying the weight yourself, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
My job is simple: I help make life easier today while helping make tomorrow less stressful for the people you love.
Because if something unexpected happened tomorrow, would someone know where to find everything that matters?
That question is at the heart of everything I do.
Is This You?
If this is your life right now...
Paperwork, passwords, and technology have gotten more complicated
You want to stay independent and in control
You'd love someone patient and trustworthy to sit beside you and help sort through the pile
You can see the pile growing and you want to get ahead of it before it becomes a crisis
If you're trying to help someone you love...
You're managing their details on top of your own full life
You're not always close by and you can't always be there
You don't know if the important documents are easy to find
You want someone trustworthy and close by so you're not carrying it alone
If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly who I help.
Hi, I’m Joey.
I'm a Personal Affairs Organizer and Certified Life Coach.
I help older adults and the people who love them organize the everyday details of life, and the important details people often don't think about until it's too late.
Sometimes that means organizing passwords, paperwork, and troubleshooting your technology.
Sometimes it means helping someone prepare questions for their attorney, making sure important documents are easy to locate, confirming beneficiary information has been updated, or realizing an ex-spouse is still listed on a property deed.
I don't replace your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or medical team.
I help make sure everything surrounding their work is organized, understandable, and accessible when it matters most.
I've spent years learning how to see the whole picture and manage every moving part. That's what I bring here. Not just organization, but a clear-eyed, calm presence that helps families and the people who love them navigate some of their most complicated moments.
Most importantly, I'm not here to judge the pile. I'm here to help you figure out where to begin.
Why I Created This Work
This business started with one client.
I was helping an 80-year-old, single gentleman with his bookkeeping when I noticed his passwords were handwritten on a piece of paper sitting on the kitchen table.
He'd done the best he could.
But the world had changed around him.
Technology had become more complicated. Important information was scattered in different places. And I realized he didn't need another lecture about staying organized.
He needed someone he trusted to sit beside him and help make sense of it all.
As we worked together, one task naturally led to another. Then another.
And I realized there were countless older adults quietly carrying the same invisible burden. People who had spent their entire lives taking care of everyone else, but suddenly needed someone to help take care of the details.
And as I kept working, I started hearing from the people who loved them too. Partners. Adult children. Close friends calling from out of state. Worried. Relieved that someone was there. That's when I understood there were two people who needed support: the person carrying the invisible weight, and the people who loved them, carrying the guilt of not being able to do more.
That's why I created this business.
How I Help
For the people who love them
Whether you're thirty minutes away or three time zones, there's a limit to how much you can manage remotely. I become your trusted, local partner. I show up, I sit with your person, and I handle the practical details that keep slipping through the cracks. I keep you informed at every step, and I make sure they stay in the driver's seat of their own life.
You get the peace of mind. They keep their independence.
Organizing the information that matters
Creating simple systems for important documents, medical information, passwords, insurance policies, financial records, and emergency information so you, and the people you trust, always know where to find them.
Everyday technology help
Phones, tablets, email, passwords, online accounts, video calls with family, and helping you recognize scams before they become expensive mistakes.
Preparing for life's unexpected moments
Making sure important documents are easy to locate, encouraging conversations that are often postponed, identifying missing pieces to discuss with your attorney or financial professionals, and helping everyone feel more prepared long before a crisis happens.
Working alongside your trusted professionals
With your permission, I help organize questions, gather documents, coordinate information, and translate complicated conversations into plain language.
You remain in charge.
I simply help keep everything moving.
How We’ll Work Together
Everything starts with a conversation.
We'll talk about what's been weighing on you most. Then we'll choose one place to begin.
Sometimes that's organizing paperwork. Sometimes it's setting up a password manager. Sometimes it's preparing for a meeting with your attorney. Sometimes it's simply creating enough order that everyone can finally breathe a little easier.
We move at your pace. No pressure. No judgment. No decisions made without you.
And if you're coordinating this for someone you love, you don't need to be in the room for it to work. We'll talk first so I understand what matters most. From there, I work directly with your person, keeping you informed along the way. You stay looped in at every step without having to manage every detail yourself. That's the whole point.

Why Joey?
Before this work, I spent ten years helping produce television commercials.
My job was keeping hundreds of moving pieces organized, people, schedules, budgets, deadlines, logistics, and countless details that all had to come together at exactly the right time.
Today, I use those same skills in a much more personal way. Instead of managing productions, I help people manage life.
I've sat with families and the people who love them through some of their most complicated moments, and I understand what it takes to coordinate the moving parts from multiple directions, whether that's the person in the room or someone who loves them making calls from across town or across the country. The logistics are different. The need for a calm, organized presence is exactly the same.
Becoming a Certified Life Coach taught me something equally important.
People don't move forward because they're criticized. They move forward when they feel supported.
That's how I work.
My goal is never just to organize paperwork. It's to help you feel lighter, more prepared, and confident that when life gets hard, nobody you love is left trying to solve a puzzle alone.
I used to love balancing my checkbook, finding the best internet provider and generally putting administrative things in order. Not so much anymore. My mind is not as sharp and my patience is wearing thin.
Joey is a godsend. She's patient, she asks good questions, and she never makes me feel small or embarrassed.
She straightened out our password system, reorganized our internet, phone and television providers, and even saved us money in the process.
I now keep a running list of the things I'd rather put on Joey's plate than mine.
Sometimes it's just nice to let someone else take the weight."

The greatest gift we can leave the people we love isn't just what's in our estate. It's making sure they know where to find what they need when they need it most.
Ready to feel a little lighter?
Whether you're looking for help today, planning ahead for tomorrow, or simply wanting the peace of mind that comes from knowing everything is in order, I'd love to help.
What Clients Are Saying
“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your help with [my] dad and all of this. I’d be losing my mind if I was trying to manage this on top of his rentals on top of his healthcare, on top of his taxes and on top of his finances, on top of his insurance policies. It takes a village to manage.”

“Joey has been a tremendous help to a friend of mine. He needed help organizing his banking, property management records and help with the computer. The times Joey has helped him have given him huge assistance in managing so many things, both personal and professional. I highly recommend Joey, whose well-rounded background can give most anyone needing assistance, great support.”
—B. S.
Friend of Client, 79 yrs old
“I changed my phone provider service but continued to get billed month after month. I called the company, went online, called again but the bills kept coming. I thought I’d lose my mind. Joey resolved the situation in literally two minutes!!! Not only did the bills stop, but so did the frustration!
Joey is a patient, persistent, and an effective problem solver and fluent in the language of tech and those frustrating, at times, difficult administrative tasks that for me (a practicing physician) are so difficult to navigate.”
—Irv G.
Client, 81 yrs old
“My husband was an early user of computers, but he never adapted to the ever-changing use of Passwords. He had outdated stickies all over his desk with passwords written on them that no longer worked. He couldn’t access his online bank accounts until Joey came to his (our) rescue. With patience and perseverance, she got all his passwords organized, in order, accessible and functioning. She also managed to cancel several reoccurring charges for services we no longer needed or wanted. I wish she lived a little closer. Instead of throwing my hands up in frustration, I’d just call Joey to come by and sort things out.”
—Jan B.
Client, 74 years old
“In my mid-eighties, and continuing to view myself ‘somewhat’ tech savvy …. However, Joey saved me at least one full day of frustrating effort to get some Audi user software up and running. She asked me the right questions to insure understanding of what I wanted, made the right support call(s), represented me accurately, and within 20 mins had me where I wanted to be….. very very impressive; would not hesitate to seek her support in the future.”
